Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipments may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
How can I ensure the saree color matches what I see on screen?
We use high-resolution photography to capture accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to digital screen settings. We recommend viewing products at full brightness for the best representation.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags. Please note that customized products, such as sarees with stitched blouses, are not eligible for return.
Do you offer blouse stitching or customization services?
Yes, we provide custom tailoring services for blouses and ethnic wear. You can select the 'Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements before adding the item to your cart.
Which payment methods are accepted on your platform?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. For domestic orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select pin codes.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
